Fitness Challenge
You may have been wondering where I have been after the holidays. I have been developing a challenge for each and every one of you girls! I realized when I was making my New Years Resolution to start living a healthier and more active life, that I sounded redundant, as many of you probably did also! We say the same thing every single New Year and we always quit and later sit and think of excuses to convince ourselves that we had no other choice then to quit. Not this year! This year we are taking back our lives and taking complete control! This not only goes for health and fitness, but for our everyday life. No more making ridiculous excuses. If you want to go back to college, do it! If you want that promotion at work, get it! If you want to feel healthy and have an amazing, lean and strong body, work for it! Take control. I am developing a get healthy and fit challenge for us all to do together! I am so dedicated to this challenge and so motivated that I am creating a section on my navigation bar solely for the challenge! I will have a calender for everyone to be able to look at, save, or print off, that will help you achieve a better, healthier you. I will post different recipes, workouts and motivational topics throughout the course of the challenge. I want to at some point be able to develop an online community/forum where we can all sign in and post our progress through the year! We are all trying to achieve the same goals! We need to help, encourage and motivate each other! This is by NO MEANS a diet! I do not like that word. We are creating a lifestyle. We aren't being healthy for a month and then going back to how we were. We are changing ourselves into the people we have always wanted to be. I am working very hard to get this together for you girls and I accept any and all requests, so send them over! I want this to be a success for all of us! I want this to be our best year yet. And it will be!
