Day 4 : Killer Arms
Ladies, remember all of those times we have asked the men in our life to open things for us? Or carry things that were way too heavy? Not anymore! This year we will have strong arms and tight abs and be able to do these things ourselves! Maybe our men with even ask for our help when they are having trouble(; One of my favorite ways to work your arms is using a medicine ball or kettleball but since many people do not have those readily available I picked a weight free killer arm workout to get our arms toned and lose that horrible jiggle!
