Day 2 : Ab and Leg Tuesday
Happy Ab and Leg Tuesday!! We are one day closer to our goals for this year and to a healthy lifestyle we are creating for ourselves. Today, I have an Ab and Leg focus workout for you girls! I hope you enjoy and kick ass at it! If you would like to make it more advance, grab some free weights or a medicine ball and work it out! I am loving this health and fitness challenge so far and I hope you do also! In addition to your Day 2 workout, I have some healthy and clean eating tips to make it easier to grab and go without thinking much about it! Enjoy!

My Clean Eating Tips
for Grab and Go
There are a few items I would make sure you always have made up to ensure healthy eating during the week. I always cook up some grilled chicken tenders, a small container of bow tie pasta, sauteed vegetables, hard boiled eggs, cut up fruits for easy quick access. I also throw some cut up fruits in a ziplock bag and throw it in the freezer for quick after workout smoothies! I hope these tips and tricks are helpful to you! By following these will lead you on the road to healthier living and even healthier cravings! Eating healthy tastes amazing and looks beautiful too!
