Today is the first day of our New Year, New You Fitness Challenge! I am so excited to present this first of many daily workouts! Each day I will post the workout for the day and a special something to go along with it! Today i added in an "Exercise Essentials" guide, a list of investments that will lead to a great workout! I am 90% of the time drinking water(ice cold, of course). 3. Yoga Mat : I cant stress enough how important a yoga mat is for exercising, especially at home! It makes floor workout so much easier and more comfortable. 4. Stability Ball : A stability ball is great for women who like a little more variety in their workouts. Especially for your abs and back! By using the ball to balance and do your workouts you are not only working them more than will a normal abdominal crunch but you are also getting off of that hard floor! where to buy
5. CAP Barbell Neoprene Dumbells : Dumbells are a great tool to have on hand. You can intensify a workout and make it more advanced by doing the same workout but picking up 5lb weights. It is a little change that goes a long way! where to buy
6. Medicine Ball : My brother just got an 8lb Medicine Ball for Christmas and I have been using it so much! There are so many work out variations you can do with it! I can work your arms, your chest, your back, your core and your legs by doing something as simple as bicycle cruches with lifting your shoulders off the ground and pivoting left and right with the medicine ball! where to buy
