Foundation Brush - Foundation can be applied a few different ways, one of which is using a flat foundation brush. This brush is great for beginners in getting the hang of using a makeup brush to apply your foundation. When using this brush you simply dip your brush into your liquid foundation and brush it on to your face. I will go into more depth on applying and blending foundation in my Back To Basics: Foundation post in the coming weeks. (Sedona Lace Foundation 850 Brush, 12.95)
Flat Top Brush - This is the brush most girls, beginner or advanced use when applying liquid foundation. The flat top is great for even blending and buffing. The bristles are tightly packed ensuring smooth and flawless application. (Sedona Lace Flat Top Buffer FB07 Brush, 14.95)
Powder Brush - As you may guess, this brush is used for powder, whether it is a finishing powder or foundation powder, this brush works great for both. It is an essential in your collection! ( Sedona Lace Powder 376 Brush, 14.95)
Angeled Contour Brush - This brush is great for contouring, applying bronzer, blush or highlight. It is small enough to get into the hollows of your cheeks. It is also light enough to apply the perfect amount of bronzer or blush. Trust me, applying too much blush is not fun to take off! (Sedona Lace Large Angeled Contour 850 Brush, 12.95)
Blender Brush - This is a brush that most girls forget when applying eye makeup. This is an essential for blending out your eye makeup to smooth the harsh lines and edges. Blending is an important step in your eye makeup and can make or break a look! Especially when it comes to a smokey eye! I will teach you how to blend in my upcoming post Back To Basics : Eyeshadow. ( Sedona Lace Synthetic Blender EB13 Brush, 8.95)
Shader Brush - This is one most of you have probably seen before. It is your basic eye makeup brush used for applying and shading your eyeshadow. ( Sedona Lace Shader 305 Brush, 8.95)
Concealer Brush - A concealer brush is much like a foundation brush except it is quite a bit smaller to be able to cover pimples and redness on your face easily and flawlessly. ( Sedona Lace Concealer 954 Brush, 8.95)
Small Angeled Brush- A small angeled brush is important especially when it comes to shading in your eyebrows. Most of you are probably tilting your head wondering why you would ever shade your eyebrows. It is a step most girls and women never learn but it completely changes the look of your makeup. Once I teach you how, you will wonder why you never thought of it before! ( Sedona Lace Small Angeled 561 Brush, 8.95)
Eyeliner Brush - You probably are aware of what this brush is used for, eyeliner! Now I recommend not using anything except a eyeliner pencil if you are new to makeup, but an eyeliner brush is a great tool to keep on hand for when you become more experienced. (Sedona Lace Eyeliner 772 Brush, 8.95)
